A private funeral service for Iwao Horiuchi, 90 year-old, Paia, HI-born Nisei, who passed away on July 25, 2019 in San Gabriel was held on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Nichiren Buddhist Temple.
He is survived by his children, James and Roy (Lorena) Horiuchi, Robert (Pandora) and Nancy (Anthony Chang) Gallo; grandchildren, Stacey and Casey Adams, Ashley, Brandon, Abrey, Omar Horiuchi, Andrea and Jimmy (Tiffany) Gallo; great-grandsons, Elijah Adams and Elliot Gallo; siblings, Setsuko “Sally” Deguchi, Shiichi “Hank” and Hisashi Horiuchi; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
