Predeceased by beloved husband, Daikatsu Ota and son, Masayuki Ota, she is survived by her sons, Shig (Sherry), and John (Irene) Ota, granddaughter, Erica (Chris) Okada; great granddaughtersAkemi Emma and Kana Chloe Okada; also survived by manyother relatives in U.S. and Japan.
