She is survived by her children, Cathy (James) Rogers and Dale (Sol) Nakamoto; grandchildren, Akemi and Staci Nakamoto and Kristina Del Rio; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Henry Arellano; sister, Shigeko Taira from Santa Clara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 4:00PM at West LA Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave., LA. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
