She is survived by her children, Dr. Ronald (Jo Ann) Takemoto, Linda (Rex) Hayashi, and Dr. Mary Ann Takemoto (Tony) Kwan; granddaughters, Tina and Grace Hayashi; sister, Mickey (Bill) Yamaguchi; sisters-in-law, Mitzi Okazaki and Fusako Morita; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A private funeral service was held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Kubota Nikkei Mortuary.
