He is survived by his wife, Tamiko Takao; daughters, Christine (Alan) Miwa, Cathy (David) Uyemura, and Dianne and Donna Takao; grandchildren, Traci (Gavin) Iwanaka, Jodi (Bob) Miyamoto, Kari (Ryan) Ito, and Kyle and Grant Uyemura; seven great-grandchildren; and also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 3:00PM at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena.
