She is survived by her daughters, Ruby (Kinjiro) Watanabe of Arroyo Grande, CA, Margaret (Shuji) Iwanaga of Santa Barbara, CA, Helen (Lee) Shenkman of Mahwah, NJ; 8 grand children, 12, great-grand children; brothers, Takashi (Mitsuko), Isao (Kinuko) and Akio (Mami) Motoyasu, the latter two from Japan; sister, Sadako Kokado; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at Glen HavenMemorial Park.
