(92), peacefully passed away on September 30, 2013. He is survived by his children, Victor Shigeo (Elizabeth), Jose Luis Sakae, Paul Akira, and Mario Yoshio Yasuhara; grandchildren, Jean (Scott) Yasuhara Law and Anna Michiko Yasuhara; great-grandchildren, Joaquin and Alex Law; siblings, Michiko Yasuhara Garcia, Albert Iwao Yasuhara, and Richard Kinzo Yasuhara; sisters-in-law, Mariko Nakashimada and Hiroko Tai; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 10:00AM at St. Francis Xavier Chapel, formerly known as Maryknoll Japanese Catholic Center, 222 South Hewitt St., LA.
