(95) passed away on September 19, 2015 in L.A. She is survived by her children, Dr. Gerald (Caroline), Stan (Mary), Kevin (Carol) and Grant Kuwada, and Barbara (Ronald) Fukuji of CA; twelve grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; sister, Masayo Uyeda of CA; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A private funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple in Culver City, CA.
