(70) peacefully passed away on December 8, 2008 in Orange County. He is survived by his wife, Kiyomi Fujioka; daughter, Miki (Mark) Matsushima; son, Frank Fujioka; grandchildren, Maxx Mitsuho and Madison Miyo Matsushima; brother, Isao (Kazuko) Fujioka of Wakayama, Japan; mother-in-law, Hisayo Mizobata of Japan; sisters-in-law, Kayoko (Kazumi) Naka and Chizuyo (Masayoshi) Mayeyama, both of Japan; also survived by many other relatives. 

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Akio Miyaji of Orange County Buddhist Church officiating.
