A funeral service for Ernie Jane Masako Nishii, 78 year-old, Los Angeles born Sansei who passed away on June 15, 2017 in Los Angeles, will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00AM at the Southeast Japanese School and Community Center, 14615 Gridley Rd., Norwalk, CA with Rev. Dr. Yoshi Tsuyuki of Konko Church Los Angeles officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to SEJSCC, TCDS, or to OCBC. Family requests artistic or musical attire.
She is survived by her sons, Harunobu Ernie (Young Choi), Yuji Brent (Fumie Katagiri), Matthew Nishii; grandchildren, Yui and Karin Katagiri, Yuri Nishii; sister, Nancy Kyoko Oda; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
