KARATSU, HENRY MAMORU (99), Veteran of US Army, passed away
on June 14, 2022 in Torrance. He is survived by his sons, Michael (Jane)
and Marty Karatsu; grandchildren, Matthew and Kimi Karatsu; siblings, Dr.
Hideo Karatsu and Miwako Hayami; sister-in-law, Jeanne Karatsu; also
survived by many other relatives.
A private graveside funeral service was held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at
Green Hills Memorial Park, with Rev. Daniel Matsuda from Gardena Valley
Baptist Church officiating.
