She is survived by her children, James (Janet) Araki of Honolulu, HI, Wendy (Larry) Okazaki, and Wendell (Martha) Araki; grandchildren, Ian, Noa, Aya Araki, Jennifer (Eric Oguma) and Tracy Okazaki, and Jamie Araki; great grand son, Ayden Oguma; sister, Ethel Kobata of Hilo, HI; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A private graveside service was held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Rose Hills Memorial Park with Rev. Mario Kawakami from Seicho-No-Ie officiating.
