(92) passed away on September 29, 2009 in Santa Monica. She is survived by her sons, Dr. Dennis Masaaki (Amy) and Dr. Brian Kenji (Emiko) Ogawa both from Hawaii; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. 

A private memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. James Miyabe of Venice-Santa Monica Free Methodist Church officiating.
