(83) passed away on September 16, 2010 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his brother, James (Tomiko) Kawamoto; sister, Ayako (Yasuo) Koshimizu; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Friday, October 1, 2010 at the Chapel of Chime at Inglewood Park Cemetery with Rev. Becky Hirata from WLA United Methodist Church officiating.
