She is survived by her husband, Hosaku Matsumura; children, Hiroyuki (Rose) Matsumura, Yuko (Hitoshi) Uchino of Japan, and Yoshiko (Kazuyoshi) Iwamoto; eight grandchildren; two siblings; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in the US and Japan.
