(88) passed away on July 28, 2011 in Santa Monica. He is survived by his wife, Hanako Kishiyama; children, Ronald (Joy) and Greg (Marianne) Kishiyama; grandchild, James Kishiyama; brother, Shige (Nancy) Kishiyama; sisters-in-law, Emi Kishiyama, Anna Taka, Tomiye (James) Hatanaka and Tsuyeko Shishido; brothers-in-law, Yoshio (Kay), Ichio Shishido and Kei Wada; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service was held on Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, 911 Venice Blvd., LA, CA with Rev. Dr. Y. Richard Kuyama from Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
