(40) passed away on April 18, 2011 in Fullerton. He is survived by his mother, Judith Keiko (Ed) Nakanishi; aunt, Toni (Dr. Suyenori) Yamada; uncles, Ben and Michael Miyamoto; Ed Nakanishi family, Tracy (Keith) Akiyama and their two children, and Dean (Daisy) Nakanishi; also survived by many other relatives.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Mid-Cities Baptist Church, 14391 Newland St. Westminster.
