(82) passed away on June 30, 2011 in Rancho Palos Verdes. She is survived by her children; Lisa (Peter) Yapelli, Paul (Mimi) Matsumiya; grandchildren, Ariel and Alyson Matsumiya; Harue Tanaka and Yukie (Shinichi) Hayashi both of Japan; sisters-in-law, Tomie Matsumiya, Miki (Joe) Uyeda and Eiko (Tomio) Miya; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 2:00PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Drive, Culver City. Parking will be available at the Venice Japanese Community Center, 12448 Braddock Dr., LA.
