(62) peacefully passed away on August 22, 2013 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his Spouse, Kari Ann Maeda; children, Matthew (Rita) and Kevin Maeda; sister, Amy (Bob) Maeda-Burch; brother-in-law, Ken (Janet) Poland; sisters-in-law, Karen (Bob) Edwards, and Karla (Dick) Lynch; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 6:00 PM at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th Street, Gardena, CA.
