A Celebration of Life Service for Dennis Wayne Ichikawa, 79-year-old, Chicago, Illinois born Sansei who passed away on November 21, 2025 surrounded by loved ones at his family home will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Samuelson Chapel 165 Chapel Ln, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.

He was born to Seiichi and Violet (Nakaya) Ichikawa and is survived by his wife, Martha Ichikawa; sister, Joy Tomi Ichikawa; children Lyssa Ichikawa, Nikki Cuadra, and Justin Ichikawa and two grandchildren, Mateo and Cora Cuadra.
