(51) passed away on January 4, 2011 in Westminster. He is survived by his wife, Liezl Okuda; children, Rhett and Chelzea Tipones; mother, Shizuko Okuda; siblings, Stanley Okuda from Sacramento and Nancy (Chrys) Ishida; also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 10:30AM at Wintersburg Presbyterian Church, 2000 N. Fairview St., Santa Ana.
