(78) passed away on May 9, 2009 in Canoga Park. He is survived by his wife, Naoye Yamada; son, Kenny Yamada; brother, Edwin Yoshikiyo (Georgene) Yamada; brother-in-law, Masato Howard (Janis) Konishi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 9:00AM at the chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park, 27051 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
