She is survived by her loving husband, Kaname; children Kevin Matoi, Lynda (Wayne) Nakahara, Craig (Donna) Matoi, and David Matoi; brothers Herb Yomogida, Harold Yomogida; sisters Janet (James) Hayashi and Joanne Okada; sister-in-law Atsuko Yomogida, and brothers-in-law Bob Matoi, Mas Matoi and Susumu Matoi. In addition, she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her parents George and Ruth Yomogida and her brother Glenn Yomogida.
