(56) peacefully passed away on December 16, 2008 in Buena Park. He is survived by his son, Blaine (Jill) Ishii; mother, Nancy Ishii; sister, Donna Ishii; brother, Alan (Karen) Ishii; nieces and nephews, Marissa, Kyle, Akemi, and Cody; also survived by many other relatives. 

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Orange County BuddhistChurch, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA.
