(79) veteran of the Korean Conflict, passed away on September 22, 2010 in Torrance. He is survived by his wife, Frances Kawamoto; children, Jeffrey (Maria) Kawamoto and Cheryl (Eric) Cotte; grandchildren, Emiko and Kiyomi Kawamoto, Marissa and Alison Cotte; mother, Mikie Kawamoto; siblings, Takeshi (June) Kawamoto, Kawaye Miyata, Sadako Kudow, Ray (Kim) Kawamoto; sisters-in-law, Jeanne and JoAnn Kamikawa; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 7:30PM at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena, CA.
