A funeral service for Hayami Helen Fukino, 96 year-old, Moneta CA born, atomic bomb survivor Nisei who passed away on September 29, 2023 in Huntington Beach, CA, was held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Orange County Buddhist Church.

She is survived by her three children, Kim (Glenn), Ken and Allen (Octavia), six grandchildren, sister-in-law Emiko Sasaki, and cousin Suzuko Kuwahara, also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She will always be loved and missed.
