(91), beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away unexpectedly on October 30, 2009 at Santa MonicaUCLA Medical Center. He is predeceased by his wife, Asako Endo. He is survived by his sons, Dr. Alan (Sue) and Wayne Endo; daughters, Marlene (John) Itagaki, Carolyn Endo-Tenorio, and Sharon (Robin) Nakazaki; grandchildren, Darryl (Paula) and Steven (Stacy) Itagaki, Tawny and Kurt (Melissa) Endo, Mariel Tenorio, Douglas and Lianne Nakazaki; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Kayla, and Andrew Itagaki. He is also survived by his siblings, Hichi (Helen) Endo, Mary (Shiro) Aochi, Miyo (Iwao) Shigemoto; sisters-in-law Tomoko and Chiyeko Endo, Miyo Tachiki and Chiyo Kobayashi; and many other loving relatives. 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 12:00PM at West LA Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave., LA, CA. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
