(91), passed away on March 27, 2011 in Santa Monica. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Jo Anne), Eddie (Margaret) and Roger Izuhara; daughter, Jo Ann (Glen) Seto; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Satoru (Shinobu) Mayeda; sister-in-law, Aiko Mayeda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 1:00PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Dr. Culver City. Additional parking available at Venice Japanese Community Center, 12448 Braddock Drive - one block west of Centinela Ave.
