(67) passed away on June 9, 2009 in Pasadena. He is survived by his siblings, Wallace (Irene) Yagi and Gary Yagi; nephews, Dane (Jane) and Tod (Amanda) Yagi; aunt, Sally (Hisashi) Matsumoto of HI; uncle, Herbert Yagi of HI; 2 grand nephews and 4 grand nieces; also survived by other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the West LA Holiness Church, 1710 Butler Ave., LA, CA. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
