A private funeral service for Kayoko Nakagawa, 99-year-old, Terminal Island, CA-born Nisei, who passed away on December 24, 2025 in Carson, CA, was held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Long Beach Buddhist Church.

 

She is survived by her children, Kenneth, Raymond (Audrey) Nakagawa and Joyce Y. (Susumu) Ogushi; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
