(91), passed away on October 23, 2012 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Sumiko Okimoto; children, Ted (Sharon) Okimoto, Sachi Okimoto, Noritaka (Ling Ling) Okimoto, Kazumi (Keith) Sawa and Dr. Tom Okimoto; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private gravesite funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11:00AM at Inglewood Park Cemetery with Reverence George Matsubayashi officiating.
