A funeral service for Kazuko Maruyama, 91 year-old, Hiroshima, Japan born Issei who passed away on April 10, 2026 in Torrance, will be held under the auspices of Gardena Buddhist Church BWA on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 11:00AM at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena.

She is survived by her children, Kenneth (Phyllis) and Arthur Maruyama, and Helen (David) Wada; grandsons, Kevin and Kregg Maruyama, Kyle and Evan Wada; siblings, Noriko Nitta, Katsuhiro (Noriko) and Koichi (Setsuko) Kimura; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
