(79) passed away on November 1, 2011 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her children, Peggy Paddock, Eric and Kurt Okamoto; companion, Tadanori Kozai; cousin, Bob (Lucy) Ito; grandchildren, Butkus, Payton, Ditka, and Snoopy; also survived by other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11:00AM at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 961 S. Mariposa, LA. Family requests donations be made to Mission of St. Mary's Episcopal Church.
