(84), Korean Conflict Veteran, peacefully passed away on January 25, 2013 in Los Angeles. Beloved husband, father and grandfather is survived by his wife, Irene Furuya; children, Lynne (Frank) Kennedy, Lani (Tim) Jue, Michelle Ota and Derek Hayashi; grandchildren, Vincent, Garrett and Alyssa Kennedy and Ryan and Kristen Jue; sister, Em Kuromiya; brother-in-law, Eddie (Naomi) Endo and sister-in-law, Cary (Kaz) Iwai; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11:00AM at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA, with Pastor Cory Ishida from Evergreen Baptist Church of San Gabriel Valley officiating.
