(81) passed away on December 13, 2010 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Judy Fukuchi; children, Renee (Matthew) Gallegos; grandchildren, Isabella and William Gallegos; siblings, Tamotsu, Richard (Joyce) Fukuchi, Evelyn (David) Hera, Sumiko Ige and Terry (Isamu) Wakabayashi, the latter two from Hawaii; sisters-in-law, Hisako (Thomas), Reiko (Harold) Kusuda; brothers-in-law, Robert (Judy), Nobuo (Carmella), Larry (Tammy) Watanabe; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 10:30AM at Coast Christian Fellowship, 4000 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, CA. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
