(71) passed away on July 11, 2011 in Los Alamitos. He is survived by his wife, Louise Mikawa; children, Mark (Vanessa) and Lori Mikawa; also survived by many other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim. Family requests casual attire.
