(90) passed away on October 23, 2011 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her children, Judy (Jack) Lew and Michael (Karie Bessho) Matsuda; granddaughter, Jade Lew; siblings, Sachi and David Fujikawa; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St. Los Angeles.
