(82) peacefully passed away on May 21, 2013 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her sister Hideko Taniguchi; sister-in-law, Kazue Okamoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Union Church of Los Angeles with Pastor Seigo Takayoshi of Los Angeles Holiness Church officiating.
