(91) passed away on June 7, 2010, in Santa Monica. She is survived by her son, Herbert Masataka (Betty) Hamako of Virginia; grandchildren, Lisa (Gerald) Masoudi, Emi (Rick) Angeli, Christopher (Erica) Hamako, and Paul (Katy) Hamako, all of Virginia; 11 great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10:00AM at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, 911 Venice Blvd., LA, CA with Rev. Ron Kato from Toho No Hikari, L.A., (Light from the East) officiating. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
