(59) Veteran of Vietnam War peacefully passed away on March 12,2009 in Los Angeles, He is survived by his mother, Lupe Lugo from Reno NV;children, James, Derek, and Alyssa Lugo; sister, Evelyn (Todd) Paige from Reno, NV; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
