(91), veteran of WWII, passed away on November 11, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Grace Setsuko Kamachi; children, Teresa (Michael) Furukawa, Denise (Geoffrey) Yamamoto, Patrick Kamachi, and Anna (Tom) Ito; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Don Kamachi; brothers-in-law, Motoe (Martha) and Shiro Teramoto; sister-in-law, Maxine Teramoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 9:00-9:45 AM followed by funeral mass at 10:00 AM at St Francis Xavier Chapel, Maryknoll, 222 S. Hewitt St., L.A.
