(89) passed away on June 29, 2011 in Los Angeles, CA. She is survived by her children, Robert (Jessica) Oguro and Jeanne (Robert) Sakamoto; grandchildren, Collin (Carmelita) Oguro, Jodi (Kyle) Kurata, Gina (Ted) Alexander, Lori (Dean) Harrison, Trina (Baron) Harris, and Darron (Lisa) Ng; 9 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Marilyn (Miller) Johnson; also survived by many other relatives. 

A private memorial service was held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Chapel of Chimes, Inglewood Park Cemeterywith Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
