(89) passed away on July 19, 2011 in Santa Monica. He is survived by his wife, Toshiko Uchida; children, Etsuko (Alan) Okazaki, Hiroshi (Yoko), Lawrence (Vicki) and David (Robbin) Uchida; 10 grandchildren; nieces, Sachie (Michael) Jong and Keiko Uchida; nephew, Glenn (Maggie) Uchida; also survived by many other relatives in US and Japan.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Los Angeles Holiness Church, 3660 S. Gramercy Pl. Los Angeles, CA.
