(81) retired occupational therapist, passed away on November 24, 2011 at his home in Gardena. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Mayeda; children, Michael, Karen (Jeff Vranek) and David Mayeda; grandchildren, Darby and Jason Vranek; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 10:30AM at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena with Rev. Alan Sakamoto from Orange County Buddhist Church officiating. The family requests casual attire.
