(63) peacefully passed away on March 16, 2013 in Torrance. She is predeceased by her father, Sam Takeuchi and brother, Brent Takeuchi; survived by her mother, Yoshiko Takeuchi; uncle, Tetsuo Murata; also survived by many other cousins and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11:00AM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., Los Angeles, CA.
