(84) peacefully passed away on January 30, 2009 in Downey. She is survived by her husband, Ken Fukuchi; brother, Iwao Nakatsuka of Kobe, Japan; sister-in-law, June Dorcy of Apple Valley, CA; aunt, Susan Gallagher, Tom Dorcy of OR, and Daun Dorcy of Apple Valley, CA; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 1:00PM at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, 911 Venice Blvd., LA with Father Richard Hoynes of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church officiating. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
