(91) peacefully passed away on January 13, 2013 in Los Angeles. He is pre-deceased by his brother, Kuma (Aya) Teramoto and sister-in-law, Mary Teramoto; survived by his wife, Masami Teramoto; children, Takeshi (Betty) Teramoto and Machiko Urquidi; grandchildren, Christine Flandes, Joshua Urquidi, Darren and Erin Teramoto; siblings, Motoe (Martin) and Shiro Teramoto and Setsuko (Roland) Kamachi; sister-in-law, Chisato Watanabe; brother-in-law, Teruzo Hata; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 10:00AM followed by funeral mass at 11:00AM at St. Francis Xavier Chapel, Maryknoll, 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles.
