(94) passed away on May 14, 2011 in Thousand Oaks. She is survived by her children, Roger (Patsy) Tsuda, Diane (Douglas) Chong, and JoAnn (Ben) Mahler; grandchildren, Leann (Cord) Vandergrift, Carla (Craig) Tomooka, Brent (Riye) Tsuda, Allison Chong, and Brian Chong; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Ryan, Sophie Tomooka and Shea, Summer, and Shawn Vandergrift; brother, Kiichi (Sophie) Namba; sister-in-law, Teri Namba, brothers-in-law, Isamu (Betty) and Yosh (Masayo) Tsuda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Venice Santa Monica Free Methodist Church.
