(79) passed away on May 1, 2014 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her children, Perry Yoshida and Yumi (Eric) Saiki; grandchildren, Richard Yoshida, and Jordyn and Jared Saiki; siblings, Koichi (Michiko) Maruyama and Kazuko (Nagatoshi) Shimazaki; brother-in-law, Mas Yoshida; sisters-in-law, Toshiko Loaiza, Fujino (Toshikazu) Miyata, and Suzume Yoshida; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., L.A.
