(92) peacefully passed away on June 2, 2013 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Shigeko Miyashiro; daughter, Roseann (Art) Yoshida; grandchildren, Troy (Traci) and Rochelle Yoshida; great-grandchildren, Tamlyn and Torri Yoshida; sister, Margaret Iraha from Hawaii; brother-in-law, Ted Mitsuo (Kitty), Mas (Lily), and Edgar Akio (Helen) Hamasu; sister-in-law, Jeanne Matsuyo Kim; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Venice Honwanji Buddhist Temple.
